   Its an adaption for a reason. And Marsters did promise us a green Piccolo, so maybe this is just him as Lord aka King Piccolo before he wishes for eternal youth.

   Adaptation? Piccolo was green to begin with… ugly but green. But maybe you are right, maybe he will turn green and no as ugly as this guy seems to be. And he doesn’t get his cape until he joins the world tournament as Jr. Maybe my memory is foggy.
